Accomodation

Once you have registered for the great experience EuroMUN2012, it is time to plan your stay in the beautiful city of Maastricht. The earlier you book a place, the lower the rate you will be able to get.

There are two options for accommodation available: you can either book a hostel/hotel or register for couchsurfing.

Before booking, be aware that the MECC, the conference venue, is not located in the center of the city, where most of the social program will take place. The most convenient way to move around Maastricht is by bus. Since the busses stop operating at 24.00 o’clock, we advise you to book a hotel in the city center. After a long night of partying you can just walk home and fall into bed without worrying about transportation. In the mornings you can then easily take a bus to the MECC.

In case you do not want to stay in a hotel/hostels, you can also register for couchsurfing. If you decide to do so, you will stay with another student in his/her room or apartment. This stay will give you the great opportunity to experience the real student life in Maastricht and also get to know someone who might not be in your committee. Further information will be provided end of January.
